genie bottle storage container. Spin the mystical arrow and use which ever
jewel the spinner lands on to decorate your bangles. How magical!
My youngest absolutely loves Shimmer & Shine so was very excited to receive the dress up trunk to review, she loves her jewellery so the bracelets and multi coloured gems were an instant hit and the fact they were interchangeable kept her interested, the little gem bottle with the spinner was also a nice touch adding an extra element of play. The bright coloured design on the box was an instant attraction and something that will be kept to fill with more dress up delights she can lock away using the special jewel locking mechanism. She was a little disappointed there was no costume included but the costume sets can be bought separately and used with this dress up trunk.
The trunk makes a great addition to the dress up costumes available to encourage imaginative role play in children. Developing and encouraging imaginative play is an important part of child development, and having their favourite character themed dress up items encourages and allows them to become part of the magical world they watch, creating their own stories and adventures whilst being their favourite character.
