Christmas Gift Guide 2021

 Christmas Gift Guide 2021

Well with another uncertain Christmas approaching with shortages predicted, I though I would bring you a few ideas to get you ahead of the game, I am always looking at ideas for gifts that suit somebody's lifestyle and personality, no matter how big or small i think the thought is worth so much more.

Firstly the eco friendly gifts as we are so much more aware of the cost to our planet in regard to the food we buy and the items we purchase so any opportunity to give a gift that also gives back is always a winner -

Vegan Bunny candles are beautifully packaged in eco friendly packaging and for each purchase a tree is planted, Vegan Bunny was born with a Vegan mindset evolving into a plastic free, carbon neutral & reduced marketing concept. The candles are made with natural ingredients, natural waxes & pure essential oils free from toxic artificial fragrances, Zinc and Pesticides. The main ingredient in every tin is 'Love'. These candles smell divine and knowing they are doing thier bit to be eco friendly adds an extra warm glow!

For the mum to be how about this gorgeous Birthing essential gift pack from the Natural birthing company, designed by midwives for the mum to be, it contains a cooling body spray, sleepy mama pillow mist, bottoms up soothing bottom spray and relax and breathe massage oil to help unwind and relax. a perfect gift to help mum to be relax and prepare for her new arrival.

For the curly girls out there, I can vouch for how hard it is to get products just to moisturise and detangle a wild mane! but with these fab products from Only Curls you can  not only achieve that but also super amazing naturally lightweight looking curls full of bounce and it leaves you hair smelling amazing, they have a fab starter set which would make the ideal gift for those that want to give the gift of beautiful healthy curls this xmas!

For the youngsters amongst us (or the young at heart) then how about this Grit Atom stunt scooter, with height adjustable settings to allow growth for all ages! It is lightweight so easy to pick up and go and allows for younger riders to develop stunts and skills without weight being an issue. Encouraging our children to get up and out is as important as ever after so much time locked down so what better gift to enable hours of fun and fresh air.

An all time favourite gift I like to give is something from Bayliss and Harding, something that is always well received and beautifully presented like this gift set from their fuzzy duck collection. This beautiful Winter Wonderland Luxury Candle Gift Set contains festively fragranced Mulberry & Mistletoe, Frosted Cranberry and Gin & Tonic indulgent toiletries, with an opulent scented candle. A truly amazing assortment of festive and botanical fragrances to get us in the xmas spirit!

During these last twelve months or so I have really admired the innovation of people to make changes and adapt to current situations of job losses, reduced income and to find ways through lockdowns and beyond. To see so many people using initiative so start online businesses alongside jobs to boost income, or a whole new adventure is inspiring, one of my favourite of such is Blissful Alchemy who make the most amazing, original smelling wax melts and much more too including an assortment of burners, gift sets, tote bags and key fobs. Again Vegan, eco friendly and handmade, all perfectly packaged so make the most gorgeous looking (and smelling) gifts this Xmas

How about a gift that keeps on giving beyond Xmas!  how about a subscription service from Bloom and Wild florists, flowers delivered every month to your door, packaged in handy letterbox sized boxes to make delivery hassle free! The flowers arrive well packaged and protected for you to arrange in your favourite vase, they arrive 'sleeping' but soon come to life to give the most beautiful natural looking flower arrangements, there are plenty of different blooms to choose from to suit any persons taste

Another break away from the traditional gift is a gift of membership, as a family we have been members of the National Trust for a few years enjoying hours of adventure, strolls and always learning something new along the way. We have found many a hidden gem on our trips away that we simply would never have thought to visit. A gift of yearly membership is something we have given and will give again as it gives loved ones a gift they can enjoy over and over again.

For the occasional gambler, it could be worth looking into a small account with an online casino. There are plenty of these on offer, with many of these letting people pay by phone rather than risking online scams. Paybyphonecasino.uk has a great roundup of these.

Lastly how about a little gift just for you? We are so busy planning the perfect Xmas for everyone else why not treat ourselves! Are you heading out to a Xmas functions or even a Winter wedding! Then why not let someone else pamper you and take away the stress by having a make over, another talented young business woman i have watched grow through lockdown and beyond is Sidni Leigh MUA a hugely talented young lady that has grown and established herself as a make up artist, her work is amazing and personal to every client she works with, go check out her work and get yourself glammed up for the party season!

Wishing you all a happy, healthy Christmas and exciting new adventures for the coming year!
